Why music is so important in Yoga ?


Music is essential in yoga for the most part to set a passionate tone. Whether we are deliberately mindful of it or not, we are influenced physically, profoundly and rationally by the sounds we listen. For instance, a driving beat can energize the faculties, pushing us candidly into movement. On the other hand, mitigating sounds or a moderate mantra can facilitate the brain and body to unwind, giving the inner consciousness' a chance to turn internal. Likewise, music can individuals to release the mental jabber, extending their practice.
