6 Natural home remedies for viral fever




Suddenly changed weather may incur a number of seasonal infections. Viral fever is one of them. But before moving towards some antibiotics or OTC drugs, let’s try the natural ayurvedic home remedies to fight with it. Rather than being safe and easily available natural remedies
Are such an effective way to treat viral fever. So here we found some simple home remedies for Viral Fever. The main symptoms of viral fever can be a runny nose, sore throat, cough and muscle aches. Sometimes it becomes severe and one can suffer from  diarrhea, vomiting, or an upset stomach.

1. Coriander tea
Coriander seeds contain some vitamins and micronutrients that boost your immune system. Having just a cup of tea regularly keep viral fever away.
How to prepare:   Preparing coriander tea is so simple. Just add one tablespoon of coriander seeds in a glass of boiling water also add little sugar. Boil it about 5 minutes take. Strain it after getting cool add a little milk. Take the tea and relief from the symptoms of viral fever.
#2 Decoction with Dill Seeds (Suva Dana)
To strengthen the immune system and relaxing body, dill seeds are an useful way to reduce the body temperature and get rid of viral fever. Dill seeds contain flavonoids and monoterpenes, it is a powerful antimicrobiotic element to relief from viral fever.
How to prepare: The decoction can be prepared by roasting a tablespoon of dill seeds, pepper 2pcs and kalonji (cucumber seeds 1tbsp.). Add this mixture to a glass of boiling water and let it boil for 10 minutes. Strain the substance, add a pinch of cinnamon powder. Drink it warm to get relief from viral fever.
#3 Tulsi leaves
Tulsi leaves is one of the widely used and effective remedies for viral fever. It contain anit-bacterial, germicidal, anti-biotic and fungicidal and so many fungal substances. Tulsi always works like a miracle in curing diseases. You can take this in many ways like: chewing or drinking tea.
How to prepare: If you have a mild cold, just chew 4-5 tulsi leaves 3 times a day. The other way to take is to boil around 20 Tulsi leaves in one liter of water with half a spoon of clove powder (either). Allow the solution to boil till the water reduces to one cup.
#4 Starch of Rice
It is a traditional way of curing viral fever used in ancient times. It is very effective and also easily available in every home. This remedy controls your metabolism and  increases urination and boosts the immune system. In villages people drink it usually, especially children or women.
How to prepare: It is so simple to prepare just take glass of strained water of cooked rice. Add a pinch of salt and drink when suffering with viral fever.
#5 Dry ginger (sonth)
Ginger is like a king of your spices in kitchen, it contains substances like antioxidant and analgesic to cure the symptoms of viral fever. People suffering from viral fever can take dry ginger mixed with honey or can take the tea.
How to prepare: If you know how to prepare tea, then it is very simple. Add two small pieces of dry ginger (sonth) boil in a glass of water.  pieces of dry ginger (soonth) in a cup of water and boil the mixture. You may also add some sugar if getting bitter (especially for kids). Drink this solution four times a day to get rid of viral fever.
#6 Fenugreek water (methi)
Fenugreek (methi) is widely available spice in kitchen. It is very good for digestion. Fenugreek is consumed in many ways. Like Fenugreek leaves, Fenugreek. It is also used in foreign countries. Apart from these, fenugreek also contains many components that help reduce viral fever.

How to prepare: Take a tablespoon of Fenugreek seeds and soak it in a cup of water for whole night. In the morning strain the solution and start taking from morning to evening 4-6 times. You will be definitely benefitted for viral fever. For you better test you can also add lemon and honey.
