International Yoga Festival 2017 Rishikesh

As celebrated every year this year also International Yoga Festival 2017 going to organize in Rishikesh Uttarakhand from 1 March to 7 March. Every year International Yoga Festival is organized in Rishikesh since 1999. Generally it is held from 01st March to 07th March. International Yoga Festival provides an occasion to attend yoga classes with world famous yoga teachers. Each yoga teacher is well skilled in some particular type of yoga such as Kundlini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kriya and so on.

During International Yoga Festival Rishikesh is full of several people from all over the world. International Yoga Festival 2017 will be organized at Parmath Niketan Ashram. Parmarth Niketan Ashram is located in Swarg Ashram region in Rishikesh. Famous Ram Jhula is only 700 meter far from here. Lakshman Jhula is also 02 kms far from here. From Haridwar Parmarth Niketan is 28 kms far.

01 hour Yoga class at 06:30 am.
Light breakfast at 07:30 am.
Two hour yoga class at 08:30 am.
Lectures by famous scholars at 11 am to 12:30 pm.
Lunch in Ethnic Indian style at 12:30 pm to 01:30 pm.
Instructional classes at 02:30.
special yoga classes from 03:30 pm to 05:00 pm.
Evening Ganga ceremony (Ganga Aarti) at bank of river Ganga at Triveni Ghat.
Dinner at 07:30 pm.
